His adept handling of intricate purchases, sales, financings, and reorganizations showcases his deep experience in navigating complex legal landscapes. Before his tenure at Miller Thomson, Walter co-established a successful boutique firm in the GTA, solidifying his reputation.

Walter’s contributions to the community have been recognized by the June Callwood Outstanding Achievement Award for Voluntarism. His extensive involvement includes roles as a coach of youths playing both soccer and hockey. In addition, he has acted as pro bono counsel to Hospice Vaughan.
