Paul is a corporate transactional lawyer in the firm’s Toronto office. He has a broad corporate practice focusing on mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, securities, corporate finance and general corporate matters. He is a trusted adviser to his clients, and provides knowledge and expertise during all stages of the transaction process as well practical guidance on corporate and securities regulatory matters.
Paul began his career at Miller Thomson, having started as a summer and articling student at the firm and returns to Miller Thomson after spending time at a leading Toronto full-service firm and a boutique UK corporate law firm.
