Noah acts as counsel on property tax and assessment matters for commercial real estate clients with diverse asset portfolios across Canada. Known for his methodical and solution-focused approach, Noah offers candid and pragmatic advice, ensuring clients achieve favourable outcomes through effective oral and written advocacy. In his municipal and planning practice, Noah assist clients with a range of needs, including minor variance and consent applications, navigating heritage designation processes, by-law compliance, provincial offences, freedom of information requests and appeals, Charter disputes, and more.

Noah actively engages with the legal community by frequently speaking and making writing contributions, always aiming to share valuable insights and expertise with peers and clients alike.

Clients benefit from Noah’s experience appearing before various tribunals, boards, panels, committees, and councils on a wide array of municipal, assessment, taxation, and land development matters. Noah has made submissions before the Ontario Court of Appeal and has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Divisional Court) and the Ontario Court of Justice. Noah is a member of the Ontario Bar Association, the Canadian Property Tax Association, and Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW).
