Michelle Zabos is an associate in Miller Thomson’s Litigation Group with a general practice in civil litigation. Michelle maintains a solution-focused and client-centered approach when representing clients.
Michelle has experience in matters involving privacy, employment, workers’ compensation, tenant-landlord disputes, contractual disputes, medical malpractice, debt collection and insurance. Michelle has appeared before Provincial Court and the Court of King’s Bench.
Michelle provides pragmatic advice and counsel in a number of areas, including:
General Litigation: personal injury, wrongful dismissal, medical malpractice, breaches of privacy, tenant-landlord disputes
Commercial Litigation: contract disputes, debt recovery, corporate disputes
Construction Litigation: builder’s liens, contract interpretation and enforcement
Prior to joining Miller Thomson, Michelle worked at a different Saskatoon law firm where her practice included family law, civil litigation and wills and estates.
