Aperçu
Kelsey Vicary is building a broad corporate and commercial practice assisting clients with mergers and acquisitions, commercial agreements, incorporations, reorganizations, and all aspects of corporate governance. Based out of London, Ontario, she acts for individuals, corporations, and partnerships operating in a variety of sectors, including agriculture, technology, and manufacturing.
Kelsey obtained her law degree from Western University, where she worked with Community Legal Services and Pro Bono Students Canada. She has been recognized by the Middlesex Law Association for her student contributions to the London-Middlesex community with the Middlesex Law Association Western Law scholarship.
Kelsey summered and articled with Miller Thomson before joining the firm as an associate in 2021.
