Aperçu

Elizabeth recently completed her Canadian and American Dual JD from the University of Windsor and University of Detroit Mercy School of Law. Prior to law school, she obtained an Honours Bachelor of Arts at the University of Guelph with a major in Psychology and a minor in Child and Family Studies.

While in law school, Elizabeth remained active in the law community. She was a caseworker for Community Legal Aid, a clinic that provides legal assistance to low income individuals and families. Elizabeth also volunteered with Pro Bono Students Canada, where she conducted research for Windsor Women Working with Immigrant Women.

During her last year of law school, Elizabeth had the unique opportunity to represent tenants and homeowners facing eviction proceedings in the 36th District Court of Detroit in Michigan. Elizabeth also participated in Windsor Law’s Peer Mentorship Program, helping first-year students to successfully transition into law school, and worked closely with the Honourable Justice Lloyd Dean and Professor Mizel as a teaching assistant for the Dual JD Criminal Law class.

When away from the office, Elizabeth enjoys hiking, playing volleyball and she is also aspiring to complete her bucket list of travel adventures.
