Biography description

Chris’ practice focuses on all areas of corporate and commercial litigation and dispute resolution. He has appeared before the Alberta Court of Justice and the Alberta Court of King’s Bench.

Chris has successfully defended employers against a variety of employment claims, including wrongful dismissal claims. He has helped defend a large engineering and procurement business against a variety of contractual claims. He has also assisted in defending a large oil and gas producer against shareholder actions.

Chris is a member of the Advocates’ Society and regularly volunteers with as Civil Claims Duty Counsel.
