Biography description

Bryce maintains a general civil and commercial litigation practice, focusing on construction disputes. He has frequently represented engineers/architects in cases involving breach of contract and negligence allegations, and also represents owners, contractors, and sub-contractors in all forms of construction matters. He has appeared before all levels of Court in Alberta. With an educational background in both finance and accounting, Bryce aims to understand the internal corporate mechanics and financial motivations of clients in order to communicate tailored legal assistance.

Bryce was previously employed by an international law firm in a general litigation role where he acquired a wide range of knowledge and experience with respect to issues faced by small and large organizations, including employment, shareholder and creditor/debtor matters.

Bryce is a former NCAA lacrosse player with a passion for coaching. He is actively involved in the athletics community, having participated in several private tribunal matters involving sports associations.
