Aperçu
Armin Sohrevardi is an employment, labour and human rights lawyer in Miller Thomson’s Toronto office. His practice involves providing strategic and individualized advice and representation to private and public sector employers on a wide range of workplace issues. Armin represents clients before a variety of legal decision-makers, including arbitrators, labour boards, human rights tribunals, and the courts.
Armin provides advice and represents employers in the private and public sectors regarding issues arising from the employment relationship and the provision of services to the public. He advocates on behalf of his clients in grievance arbitrations, employment litigation, and human rights matters, and provides employers strategic and practical day-to-day legal advice. He also advises clients on the employment-related aspects of commercial transactions.
While in law school, Armin actively participated in advocacy competitions, worked as a Legal Research Assistant for Professor Robert Solomon, and served as a Teaching Assistant for a contract law and advocacy course.
