Terry has established her career as a Human Resources leader over the past 20 years and is experienced at creating and executing organizational best practices and programs that drive engagement and business results in diverse industries.

Terry delivers strategic leadership and oversight of the Firm’s Talent Services, which encompases Recruitment, Total Rewards and Performance. She oversees a national team of Talent Services professionals with a mandate to deliver value executing a seamless approach to people, culture and performance in the recruitment, development and management of people resources.

Terry is an active member with the Ontario Human Resources Professionals Association and holds a CHRL designation and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from York University.
