Sonia Scalfari

Sonia brings close to four decades (or forty years) of experience assisting lawyers and clients with corporate law related matters including incorporations, amalgamations, amendments, dissolutions, corporate and tax reorganizations, and due diligence reviews. Sonia also assists with limited partnerships and has extensive private companies experience regarding general corporate record-keeping and corporate search related matters.

Sonia also has a comprehensive understanding of real estate matters including commercial purchases, sales and financings. Currently, she assists lawyers with reviewing title searches and off-title searches, drafting requisitions, and preparing conveyancing documents.

For most of her career following her graduation as a Legal Administrative Assistant from Seneca College of Applied Arts and Technology in April of 1978, Sonia was employed by a boutique law firm in Vaughan specializing in providing professional legal services to entrepreneurs.
