Lindsay is a well-rounded lawyer that brings creative strategies to solve her clients’ legal problems. Her practice is focused on commercial litigation and she represents clients from a diverse range of industries. Lindsay works closely with clients to minimize litigation risk and find cost-effective solutions. She has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (including the Commercial List), the Divisional Court, and the Court of Appeal for Ontario.
