Christopher joins Miller Thomson’s summer student program after completing his second year of legal studies at Osgoode Hall Law School. Prior to entering law school, he graduated summa cum laude from York University, earning an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Psychology.
During his time at Osgoode, Christopher has been involved in several extra-curricular activities. Most notably, he served as the Contract Law Dean’s Fellow for a class of first year law students. In this role, Christopher worked with students to develop personalized learning strategies to improve upon their class preparation, note taking and exam writing skills. Christopher also volunteered at JusticeNet Ontario, a not-for-profit organization where he provided legal information to clients and worked to connect low income individuals and families with legal experts at reduced rates. Additionally, Christopher was involved in expanding the JusticeNet referral network by assisting in the organization of an effective recruitment strategy to add legal professionals, thereby improving access to affordable legal services in parts of Northern Ontario.
During his undergraduate studies, and throughout his first year at Osgoode, Christopher was instrumental in the operation of a small landscaping and snow removal company. As crew leader of a five-person team, he was responsible for regularly consulting with clients to develop and implement weekly service plans.
In his spare time, Christopher enjoys playing hockey and power lifting. He also has a competitive background in combat sports such as Muay Thai Kickboxing and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
