Biography description

Jacob is a current J.D. candidate at Osgoode Hall Law School. Prior to law school, he completed his Bachelor of Arts at the University of Guelph with a major in Criminal Justice and Public Policy and a minor in Political Science. At Osgoode, Jacob has taken an active role in the student community. As Vice President of the Osgoode Business Law Society, he helped organize programming, support student initiatives and create opportunities for students to engage with practitioners across diverse areas of business law.

Jacob also participated in the Osgoode Mergers and Acquisitions Negotiation Competition, where he received the Distinguished Communicator Award in 2026. This recognition reflects his ability to communicate clearly and navigate complex negotiations.

Outside of his studies, Jacob enjoys spending time outdoors through camping, fishing and gardening. He also stays active by playing sports, including softball and flag football for the Osgoode Owls team.
