Arshvir Boparai

Biography description

Arshvir received her Juris Doctor from the Peter A. Allard School of Law at the University of British Columbia (UBC). Prior to law school, Arshvir completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology at Mount Royal University, where she graduated on the President’s Honour Roll.

During law school, Arshvir was actively involved in several student organizations and initiatives. She volunteered with Pro Bono Students Canada (PBSC) and the Law Students’ Legal Advice Program (LSLAP) and participated in the Julius Alexander Isaac Moot, where she honed her written and oral advocacy skills. Arshvir also held research assistant positions focused on immigration law and evidence law. In addition, she served as co-president of the UBC Allard Birdwatching Club. 

In her free time, Arshvir enjoys running, biking, playing tennis, and cooking.
