Tyler Koshowski

Biography description

Tyler Koshowski is a lawyer in the firm’s Practice Efficiency & Innovation team, supporting multiple functions and initiatives that promote practice growth and service excellence. Tyler assists with the firm’s Knowledge Management (KM) functions, and he is a member of the firm’s Legal Project Management (LPM) team, where he develops, implements, and manages roadmaps, strategic plans, and pricing for legal matters as well as business development activities. Tyler also supports the integration and deployment of new technology tools to optimize the firm’s broad range of services. Fluent in both French and English, he leverages his legal practice experience as well as his background in cybersecurity and technology to enhance the experience of both internal and external clients.

Tyler holds a JD as well as a B. Comm (Hons.) from the University of Manitoba. Prior to joining Miller Thomson, he worked at a boutique firm in Toronto, Ontario which specialized in Federal Court & administrative litigation, appearing in high-stakes matters on behalf of his clients. Tyler’s previous experience includes written & oral advocacy, strategic advising, and client relationship management.

As an articling student, Tyler was elected by his peers to serve as the Law Society of Manitoba’s Student Bencher, and served as a member of the Bencher Board from 2021 to 2022.
