Aperçu
Mryam is growing her dispute resolution practice, focusing on insolvency and restructuring and general commercial litigation.
Building on her commercial litigation background, she works with a range of stakeholders, including debtors, creditors, investors, trustees, and lenders on all aspects of commercial reorganizations. Her goal is to provide effective, tailored solutions for each client’s unique needs.
Mryam was part of the inaugural class at the Lincoln Alexander School of Law at Toronto Metropolitan University. During her time in law school, she was the co-founder and co-president of the Business Law Society and served as a Teaching Assistant for Administrative and Regulatory Law.
Prior to joining Miller Thomson, Mryam summer, articled, and was an associate at a mid-sized law firm, where she focused on general commercial litigation matters.
