Aperçu

Kaitlyn is a recent graduate of the University of Toronto Faculty of Law. During law school, she participated both the Trial Advocacy Program and the Callaghan Competitive Moot. After first year, Kaitlyn was a research assistant for both Professor Malcolm Thorburn and a Toronto based criminal defence lawyer.

Kaitlyn is an active member in the law school and prioritizes a strong sense of community. As an upper year student, she is a mentor in the Peer Mentorship Program and she also coached students in both the University of Toronto’s Stewart Cup Moot and Callaghan Moot. Further, she was a working group leader for the David Asper Centre for Constitutional Rights. She has also worked with various legal organizations in the Toronto community, including the Barbra Schlifer Commemorative Clinic and Innocence Canada.

Prior to law school, Kaitlyn obtained a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from McGill University.

In her spare time, Kaitlyn enjoys baking, exploring Toronto restaurants and bakeries, travelling and staying active by going to the gym and yoga classes.
