Jade Scrymgeour focuses on procurement, construction, and infrastructure development. With a particular focus on Indigenous governments and organizations, Jade provides practical guidance on structuring and drafting construction and project agreements on private, public, and First Nation lands. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jade assists governments, owners, and contractors with drafting and navigating a range of procurement documents and project agreements. This includes Requests for Proposals, Design-Build Agreements, Construction Management Agreements, Engineering Procurement and Construction Agreements, and supplementary conditions for CCDC standard form agreements. She has worked on both public and private sector initiatives, including several hospital projects across British Columbia. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition to her practice, Jade contributes to the legal profession through mentorship on lawyer wellbeing and frequently presents on topics related to procurement and infrastructure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
