Ari practices as a corporate\/commercial solicitor advising both private and public companies on a wide range of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate structuring and reorganization, corporate finance and securities, secured lending (borrower side) and ongoing corporate advice.Ari provides business focused advice to clients through all stages of growth in a number of areas, including: assisting with negotiation and drafting business acquisition and sale documents, including for both share and asset transactions; implementing corporate restructuring and reorganizations in conjunction with a client’s tax advisors; assisting with private placements of shares and\/or convertible securities for both private and public companies; assisting borrowers with negotiation and drafting of loan agreements and related security documentation; assisting clients with ongoing corporate needs, including but not limited to shareholder agreements, commercial leases, estate planning and business succession and commercial contracts.<\/p>\n
