Derren Roberts is an associate in the Advocacy Group at Miller Thomson, where he maintains a growing litigation practice with a focus on commercial litigation. Derren assists clients in a range of commercial disputes, and prioritizes a client-focused approach to each file. He is committed to achieving results, while guiding clients through all steps of the litigation process in a manner that empowers them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Derren joined Miller Thomson as a summer student in 2023 and completed his articles with the firm in 2025. Throughout his time at Miller Thomson, he has honed his skills by supporting senior counsel on a range of litigation matters, including appearances before the British Columbia Supreme Court and participation in several other pre-trial processes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Born and raised in the Fraser Valley, Derren values community and public service. During his time in law school, Derren volunteered with the Law School Legal Advice Program and Legal Education Outreach.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
