Matthew, an associate in Miller Thomson’s advocacy group, maintains a broad litigation practice providing dispute resolution services in a variety of different areas including contract disputes, fraud and commercial litigation among many others. He also advises on labour and employment matters, offering guidance on policies, employee handbooks, and agreements, as well as representing clients in both unionized and non-unionized settings. Matthew has appeared before various boards and tribunals as well as British Columbia’s Provincial and Supreme Courts.<\/p>\n
Matthew, a former UBC varsity men’s ice hockey player and proud alumni, grew up playing team sports across North America.
