As Lead, eDiscovery Services \u2013 Operations for Miller Thomson\u2019s national eDiscovery team, she combines her industry knowledge with technological proficiency to deliver efficient, cost-effective solutions for client and eDiscovery projects. Janis develops and provides training to lawyers, staff, and clients, enhancing their ability to manage document databases. Her diverse background in commercial litigation, family law, personal injury, real estate, and estates, combined with her passion for efficiency, informs her strategic approach to eDiscovery cases and projects. Janis is a Certified eDiscovery Specialist (CEDS) through the Association of Certified eDiscovery Specialists (ACEDS) and is a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) through the Project Management Institute (PMI).
