Manav Singhla is a construction and commercial litigation lawyer who represents owners, developers, general contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers in construction matters across Ontario. His practice covers construction liens, trust claims under the Construction Act, project delay and deficiency claims, professional negligence, construction bonds and surety claims, and insolvency issues arising on construction projects. He works with clients at every stage of a project, from negotiating and drafting contracts through to resolving disputes as they surface, with the goal of protecting commercial interests and keeping projects on schedule.<\/p>\n
Manav acts on projects across the commercial, institutional, and residential sectors, including subdivision and high-rise developments, water and waste management infrastructure, transit, healthcare facilities, schools, and hotels.
