Throughout her practice, Jaclyn has acted for debtors, lenders, and court-appointed officers under a variety of mandates under the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act and the Companies\u2019 Creditors Arrangement Act. She has also represented clients in several debt enforcement and recovery matters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jaclyn\u2019s experience has spanned a diverse range of industries, including retail, technology, food and beverage, pharmaceuticals, and logistics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jaclyn graduated <em>cum laude<\/em> from the University of Windsor, Faculty of Law, and the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law, where she obtained both her Canadian and American Juris Doctor degrees.
