Deb Lister, Co-Leader of Miller Thomson’s National Commercial Litigation Group, brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to her practice. With a focus on corporate commercial litigation, insurance coverage and defence matters, and trusts and estates litigation, she is dedicated to advocating for a diverse range of clients in various industries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As a renowned legal scholar, Deb shares her insights through guest lectures, and co-authoring engaging articles on various legal topics featured in Miller Thomson’s esteemed publications. She also regularly facilitates for the CPLED PREP Program and sits as a member of the CBA’s Legislative Review Committee. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

A proud member of various industry associations, Deb’s accolades include being named in several esteemed industry directories for her exceptional skills in corporate and commercial litigation, insurance law, and trusts and estates. She has also been appointed King’s Counsel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
