Roxanne Alexander is a Litigation Paralegal in Miller Thomson LLP’s Regina office, providing assistance to both lawyers and clients with general debt recovery issues and litigation matters. She has extensive knowledge of The Rules of Court and The Enforcement of Money Judgments Act. Roxanne’s duties include preparing demand notices and court pleadings, arranging service of documents, and registering judgments, orders, and enforcement proceedings as well as trial preparation. She also deals with debtors and creditors to help them reach suitable repayment arrangements, settlements, and satisfaction of debts.<\/p>\n
