Jane assists in handling intricate corporate transactions concerning tax and corporate restructuring, increase and decrease of stated capital, Alberta and Federal entities, including amalgamations, continuances, share purchases and sales, asset purchases and sales, incorporations, dissolutions, reinstatement, revivals, name changes, wind-up of family trusts, share transactions including redemptions and dividend resolutions, preparing documentation to rectify minute book deficiencies, plus CORES level I through III related work including extra-territorial registrations and annual maintenance in NWT, Nunavut and the Yukon.<\/p>\n
