L\u2019IA n\u2019est pas une fin&nbsp;: c\u2019est un levier. Adoptez une mentalit\u00e9 entrepreneuriale. Les organisations qui l\u2019abordent avec curiosit\u00e9 et structure transformeront la contrainte en avantage concurrentiel.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Comment g\u00e9rer les craintes et la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l\u2019interne\u2009?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Chaque r\u00e9volution technologique suscite ses craintes. L\u2019IA ne fait pas exception. Les artistes redoutent d\u2019\u00eatre remplac\u00e9s, les employ\u00e9s craignent pour leur emploi, et les dirigeants h\u00e9sitent \u00e0 se lancer sans en mesurer les risques. Comment g\u00e9rer les craintes et la r\u00e9sistance au changement \u00e0 l\u2019interne\u2009? Une strat\u00e9gie de communication et de formation pourrait \u00eatre b\u00e9n\u00e9fique. L\u2019objectif est de d\u00e9montrer concr\u00e8tement que l\u2019IA est un outil con\u00e7u pour assister et amplifier le travail humain, et non pour le remplacer. Donc avant de redouter la technologie, il faut la comprendre. L\u2019IA peut d\u00e9cupler la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 et la productivit\u00e9, \u00e0 condition d\u2019\u00eatre encadr\u00e9e et expliqu\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Exemple concret&nbsp;:<\/strong> Au lieu de simplement imposer un nouvel outil, cr\u00e9ez un \u00ab\u2009studio d\u2019innovation\u2009\u00bb ou un environnement s\u00e9curis\u00e9 o\u00f9 les employ\u00e9s, notamment les cr\u00e9atifs, sont invit\u00e9s \u00e0 exp\u00e9rimenter sans pression. C\u2019est bien connu, l\u2019utilisation non encadr\u00e9e d\u2019outils d\u2019IA grand public expose l\u2019entreprise \u00e0 des risques majeurs de fuite de donn\u00e9es et de violation de la propri\u00e9t\u00e9 intellectuelle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ce que cela signifie&nbsp;:<\/strong> Lorsque vos employ\u00e9s utilisent des chabots publics pour retravailler un document confidentiel, un code source ou une cr\u00e9ation artistique, ces donn\u00e9es peuvent devenir la propri\u00e9t\u00e9 de la plateforme ou \u00eatre utilis\u00e9es pour entra\u00eener ses mod\u00e8les, sans possibilit\u00e9 de les r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Exemple concret&nbsp;:<\/strong> Un designer qui utilise un g\u00e9n\u00e9rateur d\u2019images public pour un projet client pourrait, sans le savoir, exposer les \u00ab&nbsp;briefs&nbsp;\u00bb confidentiels du client et voir ses cr\u00e9ations originales int\u00e9gr\u00e9es dans les futures g\u00e9n\u00e9rations de l\u2019outil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00c0 retenir&nbsp;:<\/strong> Chaque organisation doit&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>mettre en place un environnement s\u00e9curis\u00e9 o\u00f9 les outils sont utilis\u00e9s (\u00e9viter que les donn\u00e9es sensibles circulent sur le Web)\u2009;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>analyser la propri\u00e9t\u00e9 du contenu g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9 et les droits associ\u00e9s\u2009;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00e9laborer des politiques internes claires pr\u00e9cisant ce qui peut ou non \u00eatre partag\u00e9 ou produit via des outils d\u2019IA\u2009;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>avoir un programme de formation continue pour sensibiliser les employ\u00e9s aux risques (confidentialit\u00e9, atteinte \u00e0 la PI, exactitude des donn\u00e9es).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Une bonne politique d\u2019utilisation de l\u2019IA ne se limite pas \u00e0 interdire&nbsp;: elle doit outiller et responsabiliser.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">R\u00e9glementation et responsabilit\u00e9&nbsp;: l\u2019IA sous surveillance<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La r\u00e9glementation mondiale progresse rapidement. L\u2019Europe, les \u00c9tats-Unis et le Canada encadrent diff\u00e9remment l\u2019IA.
