Malheureusement pour les contribuables de l\u2019Ontario qui paient des imp\u00f4ts fonciers, l\u2019\u00e9nonc\u00e9 ne fournit aucune information utile sur l\u2019avenir du cadre d\u2019imposition et d\u2019\u00e9valuation fonci\u00e8res de l\u2019Ontario.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019\u00e9nonc\u00e9 garantit aux Ontariens que le gouvernement continuera de miser sur de nouvelles initiatives visant \u00e0 assurer l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 du r\u00e9gime d\u2019imp\u00f4t foncier et indique que des modifications sont propos\u00e9es \u00e0 la <em>Loi sur l\u2019\u00e9valuation fonci\u00e8re<\/em> pour soutenir et simplifier l\u2019administration du r\u00e9gime d\u2019imp\u00f4t foncier.
