Nos gens sont \u00e0 la base de tout ce que nous faisons, et nos initiatives visent \u00e0 cr\u00e9er un lieu de travail qui suscite un r\u00e9el sentiment d\u2019appartenance. C\u2019est entre autres en offrant un milieu de travail inclusif et diversifi\u00e9 que nous nous d\u00e9marquons sur la sc\u00e8ne nationale et internationale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Notre comit\u00e9 national de l\u2019inclusion, de la diversit\u00e9, de l\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 et de l\u2019accessibilit\u00e9 a mis sur pied plusieurs initiatives qui ont des r\u00e9percussions directes positives sur les membres du cabinet. Notre plan strat\u00e9gique actuel en mati\u00e8re d\u2019inclusion, de diversit\u00e9, d\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 et d\u2019accessibilit\u00e9 s\u2019inspire du volet de notre ancien plan qui pla\u00e7ait les personnes au centre des pr\u00e9occupations. Nous souhaitons parvenir \u00e0 un meilleur arrimage entre le personnel et les activit\u00e9s du cabinet et ses priorit\u00e9s ID\u00c9A.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous avons \u00e9labor\u00e9 ce plan en gardant \u00e0 l\u2019esprit le code de conduite du cabinet \u2013 coop\u00e9ration, consid\u00e9ration, courtoisie et cons\u00e9quences \u2013 ainsi que ses valeurs fondamentales \u2013 valeur ajout\u00e9e pour les clients, engagement des uns envers les autres, int\u00e9grit\u00e9 dans tout ce que nous faisons, respect et engagement dans nos collectivit\u00e9s. Notre plan strat\u00e9gique en mati\u00e8re d\u2019inclusion, de diversit\u00e9, d\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 et d\u2019accessibilit\u00e9 est int\u00e9gr\u00e9 et contribue au succ\u00e8s de nos gens et du cabinet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les objectifs ID\u00c9A de notre plan se divisent en trois grands th\u00e8mes&nbsp;: les pratiques et le leadership inclusifs, la communication et la transparence ainsi que l\u2019inclusivit\u00e9 et le sentiment d\u2019appartenance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le th\u00e8me \u00ab&nbsp;pratiques et leadership inclusifs&nbsp;\u00bb concerne principalement les dirigeants des \u00e9quipes juridiques et administratives ainsi que les syst\u00e8mes et pratiques du cabinet. Nous favorisons l\u2019inclusion par nos politiques, nos pratiques et les actions de nos gestionnaires, qui sont au c\u0153ur du d\u00e9ploiement de notre strat\u00e9gie, favorisent le recrutement et incitent nos gens \u00e0 rester.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le th\u00e8me \u00ab&nbsp;communication et transparence&nbsp;\u00bb est ax\u00e9 principalement sur notre image de marque interne et externe en mati\u00e8re d\u2019ID\u00c9A. La sensibilisation et le dialogue favorisent l\u2019action et l\u2019instauration d\u2019une culture d\u2019esprit d\u2019\u00e9quipe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le th\u00e8me \u00ab&nbsp;inclusivit\u00e9 et sentiment d\u2019appartenance&nbsp;\u00bb vise \u00e0 mieux diffuser les meilleures pratiques d\u2019ID\u00c9A au sein du cabinet pour harmoniser les d\u00e9marches des \u00e9quipes juridiques et des Services d\u2019affaires tout en favorisant la diversit\u00e9 de pens\u00e9e et d\u2019engagement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Notre cabinet s\u2019engage \u00e0 favoriser un milieu de travail qui int\u00e8gre, appuie, respecte et valorise les diff\u00e9rences et pr\u00f4ne la diversit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Plusieurs distinctions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous sommes d\u2019avis que les initiatives ne doivent pas seulement para\u00eetre pertinentes, mais aussi avoir des r\u00e9percussions r\u00e9elles.
