Son exp\u00e9rience couvre un vaste \u00e9ventail de produits de cr\u00e9dit structur\u00e9 et de financement adoss\u00e9 \u00e0 des actifs, ainsi que diverses autres structures de financement par emprunt et de cr\u00e9dit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Avant de se joindre \u00e0 Miller Thomson, Shubhreen travaillait pour une agence internationale de notation du cr\u00e9dit o\u00f9 elle offrait des conseils dans le cadre d\u2019op\u00e9rations de titrisation portant sur diverses cat\u00e9gories d\u2019actifs. Elle a \u00e9galement exerc\u00e9 au sein d\u2019un important cabinet d\u2019avocats canadien, o\u00f9 elle conseillait des pr\u00eateurs et des emprunteurs dans le cadre de transactions financi\u00e8res complexes. Elle a obtenu son J.D. de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 Western et son baccalaur\u00e9at en administration des affaires de la Richard Ivey School of Business de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 Western.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Au-del\u00e0 de sa carri\u00e8re en droit, Shubhreen est membre active du comit\u00e9 de la plateforme <em>Women in Securitization<\/em>, fond\u00e9e par la <em>Structured Finance Association<\/em>, o\u00f9 elle appuie des initiatives visant \u00e0 favoriser l\u2019avancement des femmes dans le secteur de la finance structur\u00e9e.
