Nos pan\u00e9listes se pencheront \u00e9galement sur l\u2019avenir des politiques en mati\u00e8re de vaccination et de pand\u00e9mies ainsi que sur les r\u00e8gles r\u00e9gissant le retour au travail en pr\u00e9sentiel. Enfin, ils pr\u00e9senteront un rappel des politiques et donneront des conseils pour g\u00e9rer les refus des employ\u00e9s et les probl\u00e9matiques d\u2019absent\u00e9isme et de productivit\u00e9.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"arial_12\"><strong>T\u00e9l\u00e9travail :<\/strong>\u00a0Nos pan\u00e9listes discuteront des questions et des pr\u00e9occupations relatives au t\u00e9l\u00e9travail. Plus particuli\u00e8rement, ils discuteront des sujets suivants :les impacts du t\u00e9l\u00e9travail sur le climat de travail, les enjeux li\u00e9s \u00e0 la sant\u00e9 et \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 du travail, les politiques de t\u00e9l\u00e9travail efficaces et l\u2019int\u00e9gration de celles-ci avec d\u2019autres politiques de l\u2019employeur (politiques touchant les syst\u00e8mes informatiques, politiques sur le harc\u00e8lement, politiques relatives aux m\u00e9dias sociaux, etc.), la surveillance des employ\u00e9s en t\u00e9l\u00e9travail et le t\u00e9l\u00e9travail effectu\u00e9 \u00e0 partir d\u2019une autre province ou d\u2019un autre pays.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"arial_12\"><strong>Projet de loi no 96 et modifications apport\u00e9es \u00e0 la Charte de la langue fran\u00e7aise du Qu\u00e9bec :<\/strong>\u00a0Ce segment traitera des questions et des pr\u00e9occupations relatives aux nouvelles obligations d\u00e9coulant du Projet de loi no 96 et les r\u00e9percussions de celles-ci sur les employeurs.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span class=\"arial_12\">La conf\u00e9rence sera suivie d\u2019une courte p\u00e9riode de questions.
