(la \u00ab\u00a0soci\u00e9t\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb) et du directeur des normes d\u2019emploi (les \u00ab\u00a0intim\u00e9s\u00a0\u00bb) visant \u00e0 faire r\u00e9viser une d\u00e9cision d\u2019un agent des normes d\u2019emploi concluant que les dispositions de la <em>Loi sur les normes d&#8217;emploi<\/em> de l\u2019Ontario (la \u00ab\u00a0<em>Loi<\/em>\u00a0\u00bb) \u00e9taient inapplicables en la faveur du demandeur.<\/p>\n<p>En r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 la demande initiale, la soci\u00e9t\u00e9, qui offre divers services \u00e0 Bell Canada et Bell ExpressVu, a fait valoir que le demandeur \u00e9tait un entrepreneur ind\u00e9pendant auquel la <em>Loi <\/em>ne s\u2019appliquait pas. La Commission a accept\u00e9 ce point apr\u00e8s avoir \u00e9valu\u00e9 la relation entre la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 et le demandeur.
