Aperçu
Sean is building a practice in the areas of construction and infrastructure law. He strives to provide clients with pragamatic solutions when advising on challenging and complex construction projects.
Sean’s experience includes acting for and supporting government agenices and private sector participants in major public-private partnership projects across Canada. He has also assisted a range of companies in the construction sector by preparing template construction contracts and supplementary conditions to CCDC documents.
Prior to joining Miller Thomson LLP, Sean practiced at an international law firm where he acted for both public and private side parties on a number of major infrastruture projects across Canada.
Prior to practicing law, Sean worked as an industrial electrician on major resource development projects.
