Miller Thomson advised on one of the top 10 commercial real estate transactions in Toronto/GTA in 2019 as reported by the Real Estate News EXchange (RENX).

The team, led by James Hutchinson (Corporate Tax) and including Jessica Penley and Savvas Kotsopoulos (Real Estate), advised H. Kassinger Construction Ltd. on a $220 million sale of Rossland Park in Oshawa to Q Management LP.
