Susan Manwaring leads the Social Impact group at Miller Thomson and helped set up the first social impact bond in the country. In the article, she comments that: « the biggest barrier to expanding the community financing initiative in Canada is lack of knowledge, not regulatory hurdles. »
The article appeared in a number of publications including Cambridge Times, My Kawartha, Prince George Citizen, and The Record (Waterloo).
