considering a foray into the world of social enterprise, it is important to
consider what the charity wishes to accomplish and how the social enterprise
will fit within its charitable mandate. Is the social enterprise intended to
directly further the charity’s charitable purposes or is it conceived of
primarily as a new source of revenue? »
