Jennifer Babe speaks at the Canadian Finance and Leasing Association 2019 conference

Jennifer Babe will be speaking on the « What’s New in Law » panel at the Canadian Finance and Leasing Association’s annual conference in Vancouver on September 19th. Her topics include changing PPSA rules on electronic chattel paper, privacy issues in monetization of vehicle data, and an update on vicarious liability legislation for motor vehicles.
