Zeinab Yousif provides practical and proactive advice on a wide range of labour and employment matters, including labour relations, employment standards, wrongful dismissals, human rights, occupational health and safety, workplace investigations and other related matters. Zeinab represents federally and provincially regulated clients before mediators, courts, and administrative tribunals and conducts workplace investigations. She also presents and provides training on workplace issues and writes regularly on labour and employment developments. Her goal is to deliver creative, timely, and cost-effective solutions to her clients.

Prior to joining Miller Thomson as an associate, Zeinab gained valuable, in-depth experience on labour issues while on secondment at the Ontario Labour Relations Board. She was called to the Ontario Bar in 2014 after articling with Miller Thomson.

Zeinab completed her law degree at the University of Calgary, where she was an active member of the university community. After completing her undergraduate degree in international relations, she volunteered and worked with a number of NGOs prior to commencing her legal studies.
