Victor is an Associate in the Financial Services Group where he advises on a variety of Corporate Finance matters.
Victor’s professional, personal and academic experiences allow him to build meaningful relationships and provide clients with accurate and innovative solutions.
Victor approaches every client matter with the aim of furthering the firm’s commitment to delivering practical, creative and cost-effective advice, in conjunction with an unyielding service commitment to clients.
During his time at Osgoode Hall Law School where he pursued his LL.M. in International Business Law, Victor authored and published a paper on the emergence and application of Financial Technology in relation to derivative financial products.
Prior to joining the team at Miller Thomson, Victor worked as a summer and articling student at an internationally recognized law firm where he established a strong finance and corporate foundation. Victor gained further corporate experience while working in-house during a secondment at a multinational beverage company. Victor’s experiences allow him to implement a well-rounded approach when ensuring client success.
