Terry Kowalchuk is a civil litigation lawyer who acts for clients in significant and complex matters including product liability, construction, securities, contract, tort, corporate, commercial and international law, banking and bills of exchange, disputes regarding jurisdiction, foreign litigation and taxation law. He is also well versed in matters related to administrative hearings and arbitrations. He is most often called upon for legal advice and representation in detailed and complicated issues and matters that require innovative settlement techniques.
Terry has appeared before all levels of trial and appellate courts in British Columbia and Alberta, as well as the Tax Court of Canada and the Supreme Court of Canada. A Gold Medalist at the University of Alberta, Terry obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in 1968 and his Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School in 1971.
