Tamie is a corporate-commercial litigator who specializes in the field of insolvency, bankruptcy and restructuring law. She represents clients at all stages of the asset recovery and forensic accounting process, and has assisted various parties in the resolution of complex disputes under both the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act and the Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act. Tamie also has significant experience acting on behalf of creditors engaged in the civil prosecution of corporate fraud and white collar crime.

Tamie has worked on a broad and extensive variety of litigation files. She has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and the Ontario Small Claims Court, and has assisted senior counsel on matters before both the Ontario Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Canada.
