Sarah Langille is an associate in Miller Thomson’s Business Law Group, with a focus on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and emerging growth and venture capital areas.

Sarah’s practice focuses on the following areas:

Private M&A: Acting for private corporations buying or selling assets/shares.

Corporate and Commercial: Advising early stage start-up and high growth companies on all legal matters in order to make themselves investment ready. Provides general business and corporate advice to clients regarding operational and transactional matters including, incorporations, structuring and reorganizations and shareholders’ agreements and other commercial contracts.

Financing and Lending: Acting for banks and borrowers in secured and unsecured lending transactions, including real estate based transactions.

Sarah completed her articles with Miller Thomson before joining the firm as an associate. She completed her LLM at York University’s Osgoode Hall Law School in 2017. Prior, she received her LLB from the University of Sussex in 2016 and received her Bachelor of Arts from Wilfrid Laurier University in 2012.
