Sandra Luna-Martinez is an urban planner working with the Real Estate Group, whose experience has mainly centred around Land Use Planning. The earlier years of her career were spent in varying roles in the municipal government environment, providing the foundation of her practice. Recently, Sandra has also practiced in a different capacity by stepping into land development and has contributed to the advancement of and to the securing of approvals for a range of developments by coordinating and managing all project stages, from inception to completion.

She has worked on matters such as re-zonings, subdivision and condominium approvals and registrations, minor variances, etc. In addition, she has worked with and is skilled in liaising with a range of stakeholders, from Municipal staff to conservation authorities to members of the public.

Sandra hopes to apply her experience as a planner in both the private and public sectors and project management skills to drive client’s interests in the most responsible manner. Sandra is committed to converging all of the above to manage, advocate and reconcile competing interests to bring the best results forward.
