Rebecca Grosz practices in all areas of family law, with a particular focus on complex property and equalization, child and spousal support, and high conflict custody and access disputes. Rebecca has experience navigating corporate, tax, estate, and business valuation issues in family law matters. Rebecca frequently represents clients before all levels of the Ontario courts, including the Court of Appeal, as well as at private mediations and arbitrations. Her practical, results-driven approach and strategy on every file is tailored to each client’s individual needs and desired outcomes. Rebecca prides herself on securing successful results for her clients.
Rebecca’s prior experience as a corporate lawyer is an asset to her family law practice. Her practice includes but is not limited to litigation, high conflict parenting issues/ assessments pursuant to the Children’s Law Reform Act, child and spousal support, income analysis, equalization, property division, valuation issues, domestic contracts (cohabitation, marriage and separation agreements), settlement agreements, mobility, divorce, independent legal advice and disclosure issues.
Rebecca is actively involved in continuing legal education and has most recently presented at Osgoode PD and the Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario with respect to family law advocacy.
Prior to joining Miller Thomson LLP, Rebecca practised corporate law at a prominent national firm. She has practised family law exclusively since 2013.
