Rebecca Grosz has practiced family law for over a decade. Her practice encompasses all aspects of family law, including domestic contracts (cohabitation, marriage and separation agreements), parenting issues, child and spousal support, and equalization and property issues, with a particular focus on complex property, equalization, and support issues including nuanced tax, estate, and business law and valuation issues. Rebecca advocates for her clients through alternative dispute resolution processes, including negotiation, mediation/arbitration and Collaborative Practice, as well as through the court process, having appeared at all levels of court in Ontario including the Court of Appeal. Rebecca’s practical, results-driven approach and strategy on each file is tailored to each client’s individual needs and desired outcomes. Rebecca prides herself in creative problem solving to achieve solutions to complex family problems. Rebecca’s prior experience working with some of the most highly respected family law lawyers in the province representing clients with a diverse range of personal and professional backgrounds, including ultra-high net-worth families, and her prior experience as a corporate lawyer, are an asset to her practice. She has been recognized by Best Lawyers in Canada for her expertise in family law.

Rebecca is certified in interdisciplinary family law Collaborative Practice. Rebecca is actively involved in the family law bar and continuing legal education and has served as an executive member of the Family Law Section of the OBA for four years. She has also presented at various CLE programs regarding family law advocacy, including at Osgoode PD and the Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario.
