Paulette Armstrong is the National Director, Business Development, responsible for leading an experienced team of business development professionals committed to managing strategic initiatives that focus on building client relationships, enhancing the Firm’s profile, and driving strategic growth.
As a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience within professional services, Paulette brings a wealth of knowledge in the area of client development with a strong focus on driving service excellence to enhance the client experience. Her experience includes managing programs that support key clients, leading feedback programs that measure satisfaction and providing innovative cost-saving solutions beneficial for new and existing clients. Paulette works closely with firm leadership to develop major initiatives highlighting the Firm’s strength and breadth of services.
With a passion for community involvement and EDI, Paulette is involved in mentorship programs that support the BIPOC community and volunteers with not-for-profit organizations. She’s actively involved with the Legal Marketing Association (LMA) and has provided her insights on the client experience as part of the panel for their annual conference.
