Lauren Parrish has a broad practice focusing on civil litigation, administrative advocacy and regulatory work for both private and public sector clients. She has specialized knowledge in medical and professional negligence, professional regulatory matters, insurance issues, privacy law and mental health law.
Lauren has represented clients in proceedings before the Ontario Court of Appeal, Superior Court of Justice, Human Rights Tribunal, Information and Privacy Commissioner, Consent and Capacity Board, Health Professions Appeal and Review Board, Health Services Appeal and Review Board, Coroner’s courts and professional regulatory colleges. She is focused on providing practical, risk-managed solutions and strategies for her clients.
Lauren sits as a member of the Research Ethics Board for the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health and has completed the Osgoode Certificate in Mental Health Law.
