Kaleigh is a commercial and civil litigator whose clients appreciate her proactive and pragmatic approach to dispute resolution. She has broad expertise representing clients on business disputes among shareholders and partners, lease and mortgage enforcement, directors' negligence, professional negligence, contractual disputes, and debtor/creditor matters. Kaleigh also has experience litigating employment matters including wrongful dismissal and inducement claims.
Kaleigh prioritizes her clients legal and business needs, using strategic and tailored advice to achieve the desired outcome. She has strong advocacy experience at all levels of court including Superior Court of Justice and Commercial List, Divisional Court and Court of Appeal. She also recognizes the value of alternative dispute resolution, and uses mediation and arbitration as appropriate to achieve positive results for her clients.
