Farah Rohoman’s practice focuses on corporate law and financial services, providing a broad range of transactional and financial services to her clients. Farah also has experience in renewable energy and commercial real estate matters.
Prior to joining Miller Thomson, Farah articled and practiced in commercial law in Toronto, where she gained experience in commercial transactions, secured lending, and leasing.
Farah obtained her Juris Doctor from the University of Windsor and her Bachelor of Commerce from Queen’s University. While attending law school, she was a mediator and team leader at the University of Windsor’s Mediation Services where she acted as a third-party mediator for local disputes, supervised clinic interns, and provided conflict resolution training to the Windsor-Essex community.
Before beginning her legal studies, Farah worked at a Canadian financial institution in retail banking and at a nuclear power plant.
Farah has a passion for teaching and has taught as a paralegal instructor, reading buddy, tutor, and classroom volunteer with a national not-for-profit organization.
